- Periodical calibration of instruments, maintenance of records, review & corrective, preventive actions.
- Shop approvals of sub-contractors, Approval Procedures for vendors & Traning.
Control Activities
- Inspection of raw materials, semi finished / Finished Components.
- Stage wise inspectoin at various levels viz. material handling, stores, Machining & assembly.
- Final product inspection, testing & dispatch.
Product Testing
- Chemical and mechanical testing of metal batch wise IGC & PMI (On request)
- Dimensional Checking
- 100% Hydrostatic / Pneumatic seat and shell for valve before dispatch.
- Vacuum test (On request) Overall operational & trque
- Helium Gas Test (On request)
